To promote General Mills products in Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico. Build awareness of the brand's products in different markets, leveraging the company's history in the local and foreign markets.
At the same time, we needed to generate more traffic of applicants for the job positions offered by the company.

The company's philosophy, mission, and values are conveyed to strengthen the brand image and positioning with consumers.


RESULTS
Even considering markets saturated with renowned companies with a long history in different countries, the brand continues to receive a large number of applicants for the various job offers thanks to increased awareness among General Mills consumers.
