KM Workshop.

A total of 100,000 restaurants in Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, and Guatemala were closed during the pandemic. Only 10% implemented some digital solution for home delivery or take away. Starting in June 2020, they began to reopen. It was time to design a new training program to assist them in returning to this new context.
 
SOLUTION
With a digitally and visually engaging proposal, we succeeded in getting PepsiCo's clients to register and participate in an exclusive training platform called "KM Training." In these 6 episodes, they will learn how to enhance communication on social media, use agreements or cross-promotions with businesses and institutions, and how to enhance the same point of sale. At the end of each chapter, the user must answer some questions, and with the correct answers, they move on to the next episode until obtaining the official PepsiCo KM certification.
 
RESULTS
73% of restaurant owners were trained by the KM.
90% of registered users completed it.

In 2022, Argentina, Uruguay, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Chile, and Ecuador will be incorporated.
