SITUATION
McCain needed a B2B communication plan to efficiently and systematically connect with their potato producers across the country. The lack of clear and structured communication led to production delays and losses for both the company and its suppliers.
WHAT WE DID
We developed a management and communication tool to systematize processes, orders, work requests, and alerts. This allowed McCain and the producers to stay in direct and organized contact through their phones and computers.
RESULTS
Informal communications were reduced by 100%.
In the first year of implementation, producers saw a 20% increase in profitability.
A reduction of 80% in raw material losses was reported."
